On April 15, 2024, teams from various places will arrive in Wuyuan in batches and check in to the Wuyuan Victoria British Royal Panoramic Resort Manor. The manor is surrounded by lush green mountains and vast tea gardens. From the exterior architecture to the interior decorations and furnishings, it exudes a strong British style, making one feel as if they have stepped into Downton Abbey.

In order to facilitate communication and interaction between different regions and departments, enhance mutual understanding and trust, and create a relaxed work atmosphere, the ice-breaking journey of the RocRock team will officially begin after everyone has had a good meal and is in the right state of mind. We start with some small games that improve focus to create a relaxed atmosphere, and eventually divide everyone into four small teams. Each team shows their creativity by designing their own team name and slogan.

Wuyuan is not only known for its sea of rapeseed flowers in March and April, and the Longji Sunflower Festival in October, but it is also home to a wealth of national-level intangible cultural heritages, including the SanDiao (three carvings), paper umbrellas, and Hui Opera.

During the cultural exploration journey of RocRock Biotech, inheritors of the Hui tune led the team to appreciate the exquisite craftsmanship of wood carving, offering a deeper understanding of the Chinese nation's relentless pursuit of natural beauty and humanistic spirit. Each chisel and gouge embodies the craftsmen's ultimate pursuit of their craft and their unique interpretation of beauty, providing a more intuitive and profound experience of the spirit of craftsmanship. In the pursuit of exploring team synergy and the spirit of collaboration, we engage in team-building games such as "Battlefield General" and "Sheep Puzzle" to deeply test and enhance the tacit understanding and cooperation abilities among team members through fun interactions. Under the guidance of the core leader, Mr. Yin, the RocRock team steps into the江南 sceneries shrouded in poetic rain, strolling along the lush and green Hui Rao Ancient Path, experiencing a once-in-a-lifetime journey of walking in the rain without end.

The centerpiece of the "Two Become Three, RocRock Discusses the Way" Wuyuan team-building event is the daily brainstorming session on RocRock's corporate culture.

Inspired by the core leader, Mr. Yin, all employees were divided into 4 groups for a three-day brainstorming session, drawing on the essence of the ancient camphor tree to summarize and refine the company's core values. Each member of the 4 groups actively participated, proposing their own understanding and expectations for the company's culture. After 3 days of intense discussion and repeated refinement, we finally established the core corporate culture of RocRock:
